I was in the mood to make something delicious for coffee and soon I found this apple sauce cake on a website with all baking recipes. With just a few adjustments, I made it a gluten-free version without refined sugars and it was delicious!

Ingredients

150 grams of applesauce
75 grams of coconut blossom sugar
3 eggs
150 grams almond flour
1 tablespoon water

Applesauce cake

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Beat the eggs with the coconut blossom sugar lightly. Add the almond flour and the apple sauce alternately and then the water. Carefully fold this through the batter.
Then cover the baking tin with baking paper. Pour the cake batter into the baking tin.
Bake the cake for 50 minutes.
Tip: finish the cake with a tuft of whipped coconut cream. Feast!
