- 75 grams of hazelnut flour
- 75 grams of almond flour
- 75 grams of rice flour
- 200 grams medjoul dates (pitted)
- 200 grams sugar free applesauce
- 65 grams of fair trade cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 40 grams of coarsely chopped nuts (e.g. walnuts or hazelnuts)
- 175 grams dark chocolate without refined sugar
