Vegan apple-cinnamon smoothie

A liquid apple pie. This may not sound very appealing, but be surprised!

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 35 grams of raisins
  • 1 generous teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 35 grams unsalted pecans
  • 250 ml water

Vegan apple-cinnamon smoothie

    1. Peel the apple and cut into pieces.
    2. Put the apple, together with raisins, cinnamon, pecans and water in the blender and let blend for about 2 minutes until you have an even smoothie.
    3. Enjoy!
