Chocolate bliss balls

These balls are like little bon bons, but many times healthier. You will be satiated sooner and will not eat too much.

Ingredients

  • 150 g medjool dates (pitted)
  • 100 g gluten-free oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • +/- 2 tbsp. coconut flakes
  • 75 ml water

Chocolate bliss balls

    1.  If you use oat flakes, it is better to grind them in the food processor before the dates. Put the dates in the food processor and grind. Then add the oatmeal and the cocoa powder, half of the water and the vanilla extract. Turn on the food processor and let it turn and then add the rest of the water after half a minute.
    2. Then turn small balls off the mixture and set aside.
    3. Wet the balls and roll them through the coconut grater. Don't you like coconut? Then you can also roll them through some extra cocoa powder.
