A simple dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper finishes the dish, and the mint leaves add an extra fresh touch.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of smoked mackerel
  • 1 avocado
  • 100 / 150 grams of spinach or lamb's lettuce
  • half a cucumber
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • few mint leaves
  • olive oil
  • pepper and salt
  • lemon juice

How to make a salad with mackerel, cucumber and avocado.

    1. Cut or tear the smoked mackerel into pieces. Cut the avocado and bell pepper into cubes, the cucumber into half slices.
    2. Put the lamb's lettuce or spinach in a large bowl, decorate with the mackerel, avocado, bell pepper and cucumber. Tear through a few leaves of mint.
    3. Make a dressing of the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with a sprig of mint if necessary
