- 1 small bottle of pumpkin
- 1 eggplant
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (or sheep yogurt)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin seeds
- 1 lemon
- salt and pepper
- few leaves of fresh coriander
