Turkey with maple syrup

  • oven preheated to 150 degrees

  • tea towel
  • meat thermometer

Ingredients

  • 1 turkey
  • 300 g butter
  • 300 g maple syrup
  • salt & pepper
  • rosemary and cranberries for garnish

Turkey with maple syrup

    1. Preheat the oven to 150 ºC.
    2. Pat the turkey dry with a tea towel. Make sure the butter is half soft and mix it with salt and pepper from the mill. Spread the butter on the outside and under the skin of the turkey.
    3. Then spread the maple syrup over the turkey and put the turkey in the oven for 70 to 100 minutes.
    4. When the turkey is from within 71 ºC, it is ready and you can eat!
    5. Garnish with rosemary and cranberries. Enjoy your meal!
