Ingredients

  • 750 g frozen fruit
  • 100 g flour
  • 60 g butter
  • 25 g light brown caster sugar
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Fresh mint

Red fruit crumble

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    2. Place the fruit in a baking dish. For the crumble, mix the flour, lumps of butter and caster sugar in a bowl with your hands or a fork, until you get a slightly crumbly dough.
    3. Spread the crumble evenly over the fruit in the baking dish and bake the red fruits crumble for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
