This is an ideal drink to drink before or after exercise. It helps to replenish your vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

Ingredients

  • 200 ml vegetable milk (rice milk or almond milk)
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon lucuma powder

Raw cacao smoothie

    Put all ingredients in a blender and turn it on briefly (20-30 seconds). That's all; pour your Raw Cacao smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
