Do you exercise a lot? Then your muscles need more protein too. These gluten-free protein pancakes are a perfect breakfast with some extra protein for your muscles. They contain no sugar and are still deliciously sweet because of the strawberries.

Protein pancakes with strawberry

If you pack the pancakes airtight, they are still just as tasty the next day when cold. Of course, you can also reheat them in the pan!

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of buckwheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml vegetable milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon crushed flaxseed
  • half a container of strawberries (150 grams)

Protein pancakes with strawberry

    1. Beat the eggs and mix it with the buckwheat flour. Then add the vegetable milk, linseed and protein powder. Mix into a smooth pancake batter.
    2. Heat some coconut oil in the pan and fry thin pancakes in it.
    3. Siege with the strawberries and roll up the pancakes. Enjoy!
