Overnight oats with chia seeds
Overnight oats with chia seeds is a nutritious and easy breakfast prepared the night before. Oat flakes, chia seeds, coconut flakes, cocoa nibs and seeds are mixed with soy milk and mashed banana, and refrigerated overnight. The next morning it is ready to top with fresh fruit or nuts for a delicious start to the day

- 30gr oat flakes
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 250ml unsweetened soy milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut rind
- 1 tablespoon cocoa nibs
- 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed
- 1/2 mashed banana
