If you are working on eating healthier, breakfast or lunch is usually the hardest part. After all, we Dutch eat a lot of bread. Bread for breakfast is easier to replace than lunch. For breakfast you can, for example, go for oatmeal (overnight oats) go. At lunch, though, bread is always nice and easy. If you love bread, you can also just try eating healthier bread. After all, most bread contains sugar. What you can look for is spelt flour. Spelt is wheat-free, not gluten-free, so you can eat it if you are hypersensitive to wheat. In addition, spelt flour also contains no yeast, which makes my tummy and intestines less bloated.

Omelet with spelt bread

How do you make an omelet with spelled bread?

    1. Put the slices of spelles in a sandwich device or toaster.
    2. Meanwhile, beat the 2 eggs and heat a pan with some olive oil or coconut oil. Fry the omelet in a minute or 4-5 nicely golden brown and then put the herbs, pepper and salt over it. If necessary, expand with tomato, cheese and mushrooms.
    3. Place the omelet on your spelled design and your lunch is ready.

This lunch is ready and you can bake the omelet in the morning and take it to work. I always take 2 slices of spelled bread to work. There I do them for a few minutes in the sandwich iron. I always keep spelled design in the freezer.

Use a lot of fresh or dried herbs for the omelet, such as dill, chives, garlic (not too much) and oregano. These herbs combine so well and you have a fantastic wheat -free lunch in front of you in no time.
