Oatmeal pancakes with apple and banana are a nutritious and quick breakfast, ready in just 10 minutes. The batter of oatmeal, grated apple, egg, plant-based milk and speculoos spices is baked until golden brown. The pancakes are topped with slices of banana, but you can also vary with other fruits such as kiwi, strawberries or blueberries. The fiber in oatmeal keeps you satiated for a long time.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 small apple
  • 40 grams of oatmeal
  • dash of vegetable milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon specula spice
  • pinch of salt

How to make oatmeal pancakes with apple and banana?

    1. Beat the egg. Peel the apple and grate it above a small bowl. Mix the grated apple with egg, oatmeal and the vegetable milk. Stir well and then add the gingerbread spices and a pinch of salt.
    2. Heat a pan with some coconut oil and scoop the batter into the pan. Let bake per side for about 2 minutes.
    3. Cut a banana into slices and garnish the pancakes with it. You can of course also use other fruit. Enjoy!
