Oatmeal cake with peach and apple

Oatmeal cake with peach and apple is a deliciously fresh and healthy treat, perfect as a snack. The batter of oatmeal flour, almond flour, eggs, milk and honey is mixed with pieces of apple, peach and cinnamon. The cake is topped with slices of fruit and peanuts for a crunchy topping, and baked in the oven until golden brown. A tasty alternative to pastries, ideal for a party or as an everyday snack.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams (gluten-free) oatmeal flour
  • 80 grams of almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 ml milk
  • 6 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 wild peach
  • 3 t teaspoons of cinnamon
  • Handful of unsalted peanuts

How to make oatmeal cake with peach and appe

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
    2. In a mixing bowl, mix the oatmeal, almond flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Beat in the eggs, milk and honey and mix into an even batter.
    3. Cut the apple and peach into cubes. Store a few slices of each piece of fruit for garnish. Hussel the pieces of apple and peach through the cinnamon. Spoon this together with most of the peanuts through the batter.
    4. Pour the batter into a cake tin. Garnish with slices of apple and peach, peanuts and some cinnamon. Put the oatmeal cake in the oven and bake for about 45-50 minutes.
    5. Cut the cake into slices and enjoy more. Also nice as a treat at a party. A good alternative to cakes.
