Recipes Gluten-free Sugar-free Main course Wheat-free

Gluten-free wraps are, in my opinion, just as tasty as ' normal' wraps. It's just that they can be a bit more difficult to get, because in my neighborhood, the tasty variety is only available at the health food store. They are not open at night and sometimes I run out of wraps in the pantry. So when I have in my head that we are eating these delicious quesadillas, it is a big disappointment. So here's a recipe to make your own gluten-free wraps, so you can make your own. In emergencies; when the store is closed and you run out of stock or just because these are so easy and contain few ingredients.

Recipe

Gluten-free wraps

Gluten-free wraps are a quick and inexpensive alternative to regular wraps, made from buckwheat and chickpea flour. The dough, flavored with spices, is mixed with water and egg, and baked in thin layers in a non-stick pan for crispy results. They are perfect for quesadillas, stuffed wraps with chicken or light snacks with hummus and lettuce.
