- 50 grams of gluten-free oatmeal
- 80 grams of pitted medjoul dates
- 40 grams of coconut flakes
- 60 grams almonds
- 50 grams of coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon crushed flaxseed
- juice of a small orange
