Gluten-free and lactose-free chocolate cake is a delicious treat that is easy to make and perfect for anyone with dietary restrictions. The batter, made from coconut flour, cocoa powder, eggs, honey and coconut oil, is baked into an airy cake. After baking, the cake is covered with a glaze of melted dark chocolate and coconut milk, providing a rich and full chocolate flavor. Ideal for a party or just as a treat to enjoy

  • A springform pan of about 18-20cm

Ingredients

  • 65 grams of coconut flour
  • 60 milliliters of coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (about 35 grams)
  • 4 eggs
  • 30 grams of cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • half teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 300 grams of dark chocolate (lactose-free)
  • 150 grams of coconut milk

How to make a gluten- and lactose-free chocolate cake?

    1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees
    2. In a bowl, mix the coconut flour with baking powder, cinnamon, salt and cocoa. Then add the eggs, honey, vanilla extract and coconut oil and mix into an even batter.
    3. Grease the spring form with some coconut oil and collapse the batter.
    4. Bake in about 40 minutes.
    5. While the cake cools, you can start melting the chocolate. Mix this with the coconut milk and let it cool a little. If it has set something, glaze the cake with the chocolate throsting.
    6. Enjoy!
