Chocolate cake with raspberries

How to make a chocolate cake with raspberries?

    1. Grease an 18cm springform pan with some butter or coconut oil.
    2. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor, until it is an even mixture. One to two minutes is enough.
    3. spoon Pour the mixture into the springform pan and bake in the oven for 45 minutes. Garnish with some chocolate frosting and fresh raspberries, if desired.

For this recipe I use gluten -free self -rising flour. That is available in many health food stores. Do you not have self -rising flour in the house? You can also use a standard gluten -free flour and then add two teaspoons of baking powder. You can make this sugar -free chocolate cake even better in a few ways. For example, you can make a chocolate frosting by melting some dark chocolate with coconut milk and distributing it over the cake. Do you want a sugar -free frosting? Then mix some sugar -reversing powdered sugar with (vegetable) yogurt and some cocoa powder. Super tasty!

Are you not allowed to raspberries? No problem, you can also replace it (for example by strawberries) or omit. The sugar substitute from Steviala that I use is a nice product to have at home if you bake a lot. It has the same structure as granulated sugar and therefore very nice to use in baking recipes, such as this chocolate cake.
