When the sun is shining and you return from a long day of sun, sea, lake or park, nothing beats an ice cream. Ice cream is very easy to make yourself, including sugar-free and lactose-free ice cream. Last year I already discovered that with an ice cream maker you can make super fast creamy ice cream from frozen fruit. Ideal! But even without a machine you can make sugar-free and lactose-free fruit ice cream in no time.

Fruit ice creams

You only need two things to make these ice creams, pieces of fruit and fruit juice. Use whatever you like!

Ingredients

  • pure fruit juice with no added sugars
  • fresh fruit, such as a nectarine or strawberries

Fruit ice creams

    1. Cut the fruit into pieces.
    2. Fill the ice molds with fruit juice and then add the pieces of fruit.
    3. Place the ice molds in the freezer and let cool for at least 3 hours. Then carefully remove from the molds, for example by keeping the bottom under a lukewarm tap.
