- Falafel for 2 persons
- 300 grams of mixed lettuce
- 3 tomatoes
- half a cucumber
- 4 tablespoons cottage cheese or vegetable yogurt
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 - 2 teaspoons sambal (sugar free)
- small tablespoon of water
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
