For example, this breakfast with crunchy spelt, yogurt and banana totally brightens up your nicely set Easter table! Because let's face it, an Easter breakfast is supposed to be bright, right? And the combination of cheerful and nutritious is the way to start your day right.

Crunchy spelt, yogurt, banana and strawberry

This is a cheerful and colorful dish that is perfect for Easter brunch. It looks beautiful, is quick to prepare and healthy!

Ingredients

  • 200 g/ml goat yogurt (or vegetable yogurt)
  • 4 tablespoons crunchy spelt (or homemade granola)
  • 1 banana
  • handful of strawberries (you can also use raspberries or blueberries)

Crunchy spelt, yogurt, banana and strawberry

    1. Take a nice glass and put a good layer of yogurt in it, about 100 grams.
    2. Spoon 2 full tablespoons of solar satura crunchy spelled over it.
    3. Cut the banana and strawberries into slices. Lay half of it over the spelled layer.
    4. Put a large layer of yogurt over it, another layer of Zonnatura Crunchy spelled and finish with the remaining slices of banana and strawberry.
    5. Enjoy your meal!
