Ingredients

  • 2 corn cobs
  • 25 g butter
  • 2 tbsp chipotle sauce
  • Few sprigs of fresh parsley

Chipotle corn cobs

    1. Mix the butter, chipotle sauce and parsley in a bowl.
    2. Brush the corn cobs with the mixture.
    3. Place the corn cobs on the BBQ for 15 minutes, halfway.
