Sandwich with avocado and hummus
If you eat this lunch at the office, you can simply take the avocado with you whole. If you leave the stone in the unused half and wrap the avocado well (e.g. with cling film) you can enjoy it the day after as well :-).

- 1 (gluten-free) roll (I used a spelt roll myself, but of course you can use another roll or sandwich)
- half an avocado
- 2 tablespoons hummus (e.g. homemade beet hummus)
- pinch of pepper
