In the series Gourmet of the brand Microplane are a number of graters, including the Microplane Grater Fine. The graters of Microplane are the only graters that are laser cut, which has a positive effect on the longevity of the graters. The blade is made of 18/10 stainless steel, to which an ergonomic handle with soft grip is attached. This handle is made of plastic. The grater is suitable for grating and shaving cheese, chocolate, lemon and orange peel, ginger and peppers, among other things.
