Santoku knife With an 18 cm blade made of hardened Japanese carbon steel. It is inspired by a traditional Japanese knife meant for chopping. It combines the features of a chopping knife and a chef's knife. Ideal for shredding and slicing. Grooves along the cutting edge (called granton) prevent slices from sticking to it. Equipped with a comfortable handle made of hard and durable material with triple rivets. The knife comes with a blade protection cover. It is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to preserve longer the cutting properties of the blade and the aesthetics of the knife itself.
