The Forged Brute Santoku knife 14 cm is the Japanese version of the chef's knife. The word "santoku" means "three virtues," a reference to the three cutting functions the knife can perform: slicing, dicing and fine slicing. This versatility makes it an all-rounder in the kitchen.
