Good to know

The wok is heavy; lift and move with both hands. Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g., cold water over a hot pan) to prevent damage. Treat the wooden handle sparingly with water and dry it immediately after cleaning. Although the Natural layer makes maintenance easier, metal or sharp tools are undesirable to prevent scratches. Hand washing extends the lifespan of the wood and the finish.
