Cooking

Always use oven gloves when handling hot objects.

  • Use the Casseroleon the cooker with the most appropriate size, this ensures that food cooks more evenly and reduces the risk of damaging handles and edges.
  • Cooking on medium or low heat produces the best results, even for baking and roasting. If you do need to use high heat, lower the setting once the desired heat is reached. Do not leave the product unattended and make sure the dry non-stick coating does not overheat. This can cause damage.
  • Avoid the "boost function" on induction hobs, this function should only be used for heating large amounts of water quickly.
  • If you use salt, do not sprinkle it directly on the stainless steel surface, but add it to hot cooking liquid or food to avoid damage.
  • When used under the grill, there should always be at least 6.5 inches of space between the heat source and the top of the dish.
  • Place the product on a plate or rack for best results. Never place the product on the bottom of your oven, this can increase the cooking temperature, which can lead to faster and uncontrolled cooking and cause damage.

Cleaning

Always let the pan cool for a few minutes before you clean it. If the product is hot, do not immerse it and do not fill it with cold water. Too large temperature changes can damage the product.
