Cooking

Always use oven gloves when handling hot objects. Also, use only silicone, wooden or heat-resistant plastic utensils. DO NOT use knives or metal utensils, as this may leave marks and scratches.

  • Use the Casseroleon the cooker with the most appropriate size, this ensures that the food cooks more evenly and reduces the risk of damaging handles and edges.
  • Cooking on medium or low heat produces the best results, even for baking and roasting. If you do need to use high heat, lower the setting once the desired heat is reached.
  • Lift the Casserolefrom the surface, rather than sliding it. Lifting prevents the bottom of the Casseroleor damaging the surface.
  • After use, the Casserolein the dishwasher, but hand washing is recommended for longer life and beautiful appearance.

Cleaning

Wait to clean until the Casserolehas cooled down. Wipe any residue from the bottom and edges of the product.

  • If using dishwasher: use only household detergent (it is not recommended to use lemon-based products).
  • Do not immerse a hot enameled pan in cold water, as this may crack or damage the enamel.
  • If food is caked on, fill with warm water and dish soap and soak for +/- 20 minutes before cleaning in the usual way.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal, abrasive or stiff cleaning cloths or brushes on the surface.
  • After washing, dry the pan thoroughly and store it in a dry place.
