Great healthy barbecue! The first recipe is this delicious salmon from the barbecue with lemon and dill. Soft and the taste is like a good marriage.

Salmon from the barbecue

Get started yourself with this healthy barbecue recipe. The flavors fit together perfectly and together with a delicious piece of salmon, this is the perfect dish for summer!

Ingredients

  • Salmon steak of about 150 grams
  • half a lemon
  • a handful of fresh dill (otherwise dried)
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • aluminum foil
  • a barbecue (or an oven)

Salmon from the barbecue

    1. Place the salmon firm on a piece of aluminum foil. Cut the lemon into slices and place it on the salmon, together with the dill.
    2. Sprinkle with some sea salt and pepper and fold the aluminum foil.
    3. Place this package on the barbecue for about 10 minutes and your salmon is ready!
