  • 12 large shrimps

  • 2 shallots
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or gluten-free Tamari
  • 2 teaspoons dill
  • 75 grams of arugula
  • 1 avocado optional

Salmon tartare
