Last winter I saw this cake on another website and I saved it to get started later. It seemed very nice to me to add some pureed strawberries to the yoghurt layer, so that the cake becomes slightly sweeter and more summers. There is nothing like Dutch strawberries, right? Soon it will be Father's Day. Super fun if you make this delicious cake for your friend, husband or father, right? Will be happy with it!

The bottom is made with oatmeal. You can also use almond flour if you have that at home. Did you know that you can easily make oatmeal yourself? Use a blender or food processor and put oatmeal and blend in a few minutes to fine flour. I often blend a pack of 500 grams of oatmeal in twice to flour. That way I have a stock again and it is very cheap!
