Good breakfast is very important. Regularly I hear people who can't get anything down their throat in the morning and really wonder how those people get through the morning. If I don't have breakfast within, say, an hour of getting up, I'm going to pass out. Really, I so need that boost of energy from a good breakfast in the morning. Nutritious and filling (and tasty of course) are pretty much my breakfast criteria and I find that this warm quinoa breakfast with apple and cinnamon meets them very well.
