- 40 grams of quinoa flakes
- 250 milliliters of plant-based milk (e.g., almond milk or soy milk)
- 1 small apple or half a large apple
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- small handful of fresh nuts (e.g. walnuts or hazelnuts)
