Low wide glass with thick bottom
Stamper
Cocktail spoon
Ice Crusher

Ingredients

2 to 3 strawberries
Cane sugar
Lemon
40 cl gin
20 cl strawberry liqueur
10 cl vanilla liqueur or Liqor 43

Vanilla Berry Crush

Remove the strawberries from the strawberries and cut them into four. Put them in the glass, add two scoops of cane sugar and "muddle" (= turning) it with the pestle.
Cross ice cream with the ice crusher and add to the cocktail. Now add 20 cc lemon juice, some lemon wedges and the drink.
Stir the whole with the spoon. Serve with a whole strawberry and slice of lemon on the edge or in the glass.
