This dish is a great idea for Christmas drinks. A nice drink, some snacks on the table and unwrapping presents, of course! This tomato salsa is easy to make and delicious on freshly baked bread. The beautiful red/green color makes it very suitable for Christmas!

Ingredients

3 diced tomatoes (about 750 g)
½ onion chopped
10 g chopped coriander
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp green tabasco
½ tsp salt

Tomato Salsa

Cut the tomatoes into cubes, chop the onion, finely chop the coriander and squeeze out the garlic cloves.
Mix everything together in the bowl and season with the salt and tabasco. The salsa tastes best if you put it in the fridge for half an hour before serving.
