Ingredients

  • 3 diced tomatoes (about 750 g)
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 10 g chopped coriander
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp green tabasco
  • ½ tsp salt

Tomato Salsa

    1. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, chop the onion, finely chop the coriander and squeeze out the garlic cloves.
    2. Mix everything together in the bowl and season with the salt and tabasco. The salsa tastes best if you put it in the fridge for half an hour before serving.
