Ingredients

4 cooking pears
4 eggs
200 g almond flour
50 g butter
1.5 tsp baking soda
100 g honey
Pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

Break the eggs above the mixing bowl, add the butter and honey and mix. In another bowl, mix the almond flour and baking moda. Add the flour to the egg mixture and fold it through until you get a nice smooth batter.
Pour the batter into the mold and put four stewed pears next to each other. Put the cake in the oven for 40 minutes and then: enjoy!
