It feels like summer...and then it's time for ice cream. Delicious with lots of fresh fruit, without milk and artificial additives and with as little sugar as possible (or with Agave syrup). Strawberries are very popular in summer. Let's upgrade them with something that goes very well with strawberries: balsamic vinegar! The kids love this ice cream and don't notice anything "weird" in it. So don't be afraid if it will be liked by the little ones.

Strawberry sorbet ice cream

    1. Remove the crowns from the strawberries and cut them into two/four pieces (when they are large). Put half of the strawberries and sugar/syrup in a pan with water and bring the water to the kook.
    2. Kook With occasional stirring and then add the vinegar. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes from time to time until the strawberries become soft. Turn off the heat and add the lemon juice and the rest of the strawberries. Allow everything to cool.
    3. Pour everything into a flat container that is suitable for the freezer and freeze it for at least 3-3.5 hours. If you use an ice machine, pour the mixture into the machine and let it turn until the ice is to your liking.
    4. Remove it from the freezer and break the ice into large pieces with a fork. Put the pieces in a food processor and edit into a smooth mass. Put back in the freezer in a container.
    5. Remove the ice from the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving and scoop it into beautiful bowls or dessert glasses. Possibly with fresh strawberries and mint leaves. And enjoy ...!

Making a tasty and almost healthy ice cream turns out not to be a complicated story. You don't need an ice machine, but you can make this ice cream with this. In this recipe, in any case, detailed explains how to make it without a machine. You only need a strong blender or food processor. And ... a freezer (-;
