This sugar-free banana ice cream with strawberry is awesome. Ice cream made with these ingredients is often called "nicecream" (or soft serve), because it is ice cream, but it is made only from healthy ingredients and is actually very good for you. Nicecream should be eaten right after you make it, because it melts relatively quickly. Anyway, once you have tasted the first bite, you will eat the rest quickly!

Banana ice cream with strawberry

Surprise your guests with this delicious dessert! Be careful not to blend it too long; otherwise it will become a smoothie.

Ingredients

250 grams of frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
125 grams of (vegetable) yogurt
toppings, e.g. a handful of cacao nibs

Banana ice cream with strawberry

Remove the banana and strawberries from the freezer and let it get to temperature for about 5 minutes to soften them. Then put them in the food processor, along with the yogurt, and grind at high speed until you have even ice. Not too long, then the ice gets warm!
Put the ice in a container, garnish with toppings and voila: enjoy it ;-)!

Sugar-free mango avocado ice cream

It seemed like a challenge to me: making my own sugar-free ice cream from mango and avocado. Not only because I have never made my own ice cream before, but also because I do not (yet) have an ice cream machine. With a dash of vodka mixed in, it works just fine. Are you not allowed or willing to do this? Then use an ice cream maker anyway.
