- 4 tablespoons water
- 1 egg
- 65 grams whole wheat spelt flour
- 80 grams of spelt flakes
- 25 grams of oat flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon (tartar) baking powder
- 100 grams of chopped nuts (hazelnuts and almonds)
