Recipes Gluten-free Fish Wheat-free Healthy

Today I'm getting some inspiration for a tasty gluten-free dinner: rice noodles with salmon. I like nothing better than to put a quick meal on the table after a long day at work, but of course one that is healthy and gluten-free. The rice noodles take only 4 minutes to cook and the salmon is cooked within 6-8 minutes, so your meal is on the table in no time. Ideal right?
