  • (Spelt) pasta
  • Surimi flakes
  • 1/2 onion
  • Red pepper
  • Lemon
  • Fresh parsley
  • Cherry tomatoes (preferably on the sprig)
  • Arugula
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper & salt

Pasta Surimi

    How to prepare the crayfish mousse?

    1. Kook Cook the pasta al dente in ample, salted water. Finely chop the onion and parsley. Remove the seed from the pepper and cut it into rings. Heat oil in the pan and sauté the onion in it.
    2. At the same time put in the Grill pan a generous layer of olive oil and pepper and salt. Here you put the tomatoes on the branch. The tomatoes will open at the bottom and absorb the oil and salt and pepper. And that makes them very tasty!
    3. Add the pepper and surimi flakes to the onion in the pan and heat it. If all goes well, the pasta and tomatoes should be ready in about 10 minutes.
    4. Divide the pasta over the plates, Put the surimi mixture on top and top with a handful of arugula, place a sprig of tomatoes on top and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve with a wedge of lemon, this is nice to squeeze over it.

This pasta is delicious with tomato, mozzarella and basil as a side dish. Enjoy your meal!
