Yellow curry is one of the mildest curry pastes and thus a good choice for people who can't stand spicy food very well. The paste includes curry, turmeric, red chilies, coriander seeds and laos. The turmeric provides the yellow color of the curry. This dish is delicious with rice and naan bread!
