Noodles with salmon and broccoli
These noodles with salmon and broccoli are a quick, nutritious Asian meal. Kook the broccoli and noodles while dicing the salmon. Stir-fry the garlic and broccoli, add the noodles and salmon and season with soy sauce. Remove from heat, add avocado and sesame oil and garnish with sesame seeds. This dish is perfect for dinner, but also perfect for eating cold as lunch the next day!
