- 3 onions
- 1 red or chili pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 zucchini
- 1 eggplant
- 1 yellow bell bell pepper
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 400 gr. canned plum tomatoes
- 400 gr. chili beans
- 100 ml. red wine
- 400 gr. minced beef
- Olive oil
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (or a very small amount of chili flakes)
- Pinch of allspice
- Handful of fresh parsley, cilantro and oregano
- Green tabasco
- Salt & pepper from the mill
