The tropical version of the traditional Martini cocktail

Equipment

Martini glass
Cocktail shaker

Ingredients

40 cl vodka
40 cl mango liqueur
20 cl orange liqueur
30 cl mango puree
Juice of 1/2 lime
One capful of bitters
Lots of ice

Mango Martini

Spoon the glass full of ice, the glass cools off.
Put all the ingredients with as much ice as possible in the shaker, so the cocktail gets cold faster and you get less water in your drink.
Hold the shaker's cap and shake the cocktail.
Throw the ice from the glass and fill up to the edge with the cocktail. You should have exactly enough for a glass.
