Enjoy a delicious cooling ice cream during these hot summer days! These ice creams are made of mango, strawberry and possibly a little orange juice, so in addition to being delicious, they are also nutritious. Preferably make them a day in advance, that way you can be sure they are frozen well!

Mango strawberry ice creams

Ingredients

  • Strawberries
  • Mango
  • Orange juice

Mango strawberry ice creams

    1. Mix the strawberries with a dash of orange with a hand blender or in the blender into a smooth smoothie. Pour the smoothie into a jug.
    2. Make the mango smoothie in the same way as the strawberry smoothie.
    3. Fill the ice shapes up to a quarter with the strawberry smoothie. Then pour a layer of Mango Smoothie up to half. And repeat this again.
    4. When the ice molds are filled, put the lid on and insert the wooden sticks.
    5. Place the ice creams in the freezer for about 5 hours. It is best to make them the day before, then you know for sure that they are well frozen when you eat them!
