Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 100 g sushi rice
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 mango
  • Sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • Soy sauce

Cucumber sushi

    1. Kook The rice according to the package.
    2. Cut the cucumber in half and the ends. Then hollow out the cucumber with an apple drill.
    3. Then cut the smoked salmon, avocado and mango into strips.
    4. Put a layer of rice in the hollow cucumber, press it a bit with a lubrication. Continue the layers with the other ingredients until they are full!
    5. Then cut the cucumber into slices and add a bowl of mayonnaise mixed with Sriracha and a bowl of soy sauce to dip in.
