Ingredients
- 2 slices of smoked pancetta
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 2 fresh bay leaves
- 4 cloves of garlic, peeled, sliced
- 1 onion, peeled, diced
- 1 leek, sliced
- ½ bottle pumpkin, unpeeled, in pieces
- 300 gr sweet potato, unpeeled, in pieces
- 100 gr chestnut mushrooms
- 2 cans of peeled tomatoes (400 g)
- 250 ml. Chianti or other red wine
- 4 chicken thighs, with bone in
- 12 black olives
- 200 gr bread of your choice
