Zucchini spaghetti bolognese

How to make zucchini spaghetti with bolognese sauce?

Chop the onion, chop the garlic and make the zucchini spaghetti with the spiral slicer.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in asauté pan and sauté the chopped onion for about 4 minutes, after 2 minutes add the garlic and sauté with it.

Add the diced tomatoes along with the tomato paste and spices and simmer on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

Fry the (veggie) bacon strips until crispy and drain on kitchen paper.

Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a separate pan and fry the zucchini spaghetti in 2 to 4 minutes until tender.

Then divide the pasta among four plates, do the same with the bolognese sauce.

Garnish the pasta with baked (vegetarian) bacon strips, parmesan cheese and possibly basil leaves for the ultimate taste sensation!

I love pastas, but it is not necessarily super healthy now. Do you already know courgetti? I think it's really recommended! Courgetti is made of zucchini, healthy and you can easily prepare vegetarian dishes with it. The zucchini is easy to make in combination with a spiral cutter, not only for courgetti but also to cut carrot, potato, beetroot or cucumber. You turn the zucchini over the cutting surface and courgetti strings are created, so you can easily make your own zucchini spaghetti!

Today we are going to cook zucchini spaghetti. To cook? No actually stir-fry your zucchetti, this takes about 3-4 minutes and then it is ready! In this recipe we make the bolognese sauce ourselves, super easy and tastier than ready -made. Traditionally, the bolognese sauce belongs, but I prefer (vegetarian) bacon strips. Garnish the pasta with Parmesan cheese and basil so that all your taste pupils have something to do. So it's an apple to "cook" this zucchini spaghetti, will you soon put this delicious dish on the table in no time?
