Who says you can only enjoy cocktails in the summer? Nonsense! And the following autumn cocktail with orange juice confirms this once again. The autumn cocktail is deliciously fresh yet warming. Don't let the name fool you though, you can drink this cocktail all year round! In fact, you might as well say "regular" cocktail instead of autumn cocktail with orange juice. In any case, I am a fan and love to serve it to my friends.

This autumn cocktail with Chardonnay, white beer and orange juice is great to usher in autumn!

Ingredients

135 ml Chardonnay of your choice
30 ml orange juice
1 dash of lemon juice
45 ml white beer of your choice
1 orange slice for garnish

Autumn cocktail

How to make the autumn cocktail?

1. Put the wine, orange and lemon juice in a wine glass or cocktail glass and stir briefly.

2. Top off with the white beer of your choice.

3. Garnish with a wedge of orange. For an extra touch, you might want to add a nice curl of orange peel. A curl is easily made with an orange peeler.

As mentioned, this autumn cocktail is easy to make. But ... you only need 135 ml (slightly more than a glass) of white wine. What do you do with the rest of the bottle? Even though this cocktail is super tasty, you don't want to drink against Heug and Meug. Happy Coravin found a solution for that.
